MT Targi would like to invite the Exhibitors taking part in the 8th International Trade Fair of Municipal and Road Infrastructure to participate in the 1st Road Forum “My Innovation 2010”, which will take place on 14th October in Warsaw, Poland.
The Organisers invite the Exhibitors to prepare a multimedia presentation and to give it during the Road Forum in the Conference Room.
aim and programme of the forum
Municipal and road infrastructure is an extensive field of industry and science. The quality of infrastructure determines to a large extent its users’ quality of life. Improving the quality of life requires continuous technological progress as well as innovative solutions in terms of materials and techniques, especially in developing urban areas.
The aim of the “My Innovation” Forum is to present new, innovative technical solutions. The invitation to participate is extended to all the Exhibitors of the Infrastructure Trade Fair: producers of materials, goods and equipment, building contractors, civil engineers, consultants.
The Forum shall cover a wide range of topics relative to municipal and road infrastructure. The main topics of the Forum are:
- innovative materials and technologies
- environmental protection
- improving quality of life – decreasing noise levels, limiting exhaust gas emissions
- road traffic safety.
“My Innovation” provides the Exhibitors with the opportunity to present their innovations to a wide audience of the Infrastructure Fair attendees. The Forum shall perfectly complement individual meetings taking part at the exhibition stands.
Simultaneous interpretation into English, Russian and Polish shall be provided for the presentations, to be given in English or in Polish.

A presentation to be given at the “My Innovation” Road Forum may be prepared and given by a representative of an Exhibitor of the 8th International Trade Fair of Municipal and Road Infrastructure. Participation and presentation cost for an Exhibitor is PLN 3 000, whereas participation and presentation cost for a company that is not an Exhibitor of the Infrastructure 2010 Fair is PLN 5 000.
The audience may attend the Forum free of charge.
PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRESENTATION by 15TH AUGUST, 2010
The deadline for Exhibitors to announce the intention to prepare and give a presentation during the Forum. Please send your applications by e-mail to Mr Przemysław Żebrowski (pzebrowski@mttargi.pl). The application should include the title of the presentation and a concise description of its topic. Due to quality considerations the applications shall be evaluated by the Moderator. Advertisement-like or overly commercial presentations shall not be accepted.

A confirmation that the title and topic of the presentation to be given at the Forum have been accepted will be sent to the authors by e-mail. After receiving the confirmation please transfer the Forum participation fee of PLN 3 000 (Exhibitors) or PLN 5 000 (companies that are not Exhibitors) to MT Targi’s bank account (Bank Pekao SA): 29 1910 1048 2214 0214 0551 0002.

Deadline for delivery (e-mail or CD-ROM by post) of the PowerPoint presentation for the Forum to MT Targi (see: contact details). The presentation should be prepared to last 15 minutes. After the presentation, another 5 minutes will be dedicated to discussion.
